2019年2月28日,加州大學伯克利分校Jay Keasling課題組羅小舟博士等在Nature上發表了題為Complete biosynthesis of cannabinoids and their unnatural analogues in yeast的研究論文【4】,以半乳糖為原料,在釀酒酵母中完成了大麻素生物合成途徑的異源重構,實現了包括大麻萜酚酸(CBGA)、四氫大麻酚(THCA)、大麻二酚(CBDA)在內的多種主要大麻素及其衍生物的生物全合成。
