北京時間1月24日,美國紀念斯隆凱特琳癌癥中心Ingo K. Mellinghoff 和Michael F. Berger團隊在Nature上發表了題為Tracking tumour evolution in glioma through liquid biopsies of cerebrospinal fluid的研究論文,證明了腦脊液(CSF)中腫瘤DNA的序列可以重演出膠質瘤進展過程基因組的演進。這種液體活檢方法是可以反復、動態地監測膠質瘤的變化;因此有望替代腦組織的穿刺活檢,進而幫助膠質瘤患者制定更好的治療方案。
