Near infrared spectroscopy technology and its application in agriculture

Abstract:Near infrared spectrum is the fastest growing since the 1980's, the most compelling spectrum analysis technology. With its fast, no damage, simple operation, good stability, the efficiency high characteristic, which is widely used in industry, agriculture, medicine, etc. This paper briefly introduces the of near infrared spectral technology principle, characteristics and development history, this paper reviews the near infrared (nir) spectroscopy application in the field of agriculture, involving agricultural products detection, breeding, forestry and application, etc. The emphasis on adoption of literature study of near infrared spectral technology and its application field research.

20世紀60年代初,美國農業部儀器研究室首先利用近紅外光譜技術測定谷物中的水分、蛋白質、脂肪等含量,并致力于近紅外光譜技術在農牧產品品質分析方面的研究.國外研究者[6]在該領域做了大量的研究工作,并成功地應用近紅外光譜技術分析多種農牧產品的品質成分,許多實驗方案和計算方法已成為AOCA(Association of Official Analytical Chemists)的標準方法.美國谷物化學協會于1982年批準了近紅外方法用于小麥蛋白質的測定,1995-1996年,美國ASTM(American Society for Testing and Materials)分別公布以化學計量學為基礎的定性與定量分析標準實用細則.1998年,David[7]等采用700—1100nm波長的近紅外漫反射技術分析了成熟和未成熟獼猴桃的光譜特性,發現在520—680 nm波長范圍內,未成熟獼猴桃的光譜吸收度高于成熟獼猴桃.近期,Ghulam[8]等人運用ETM + NIR和SWIR數據估計農作物水分.
