【Abstract】
Objective To compare the results of different blood cell analyzers, to
calibrate a better performance blood cell analyzer regularly. It was
chosen as the target analyzer to calibrate other blood cell analyzers
with totally fresh blood. Methods The CD-1700 was chosen as the target
analyzer after its calibration, ten samples of daily whole blood of
patients were randomly collected and analyzed for five days. Then use
CD-1700 to evaluate other three blood cell analyzer's results (WBC, RBC,
HGB, PLT). Results CD-1700, Coulter2-diff , Coulter5-diffAL, and
BC-3000 demonstrated a good correlation (r>0.975). Conclusions After
regular comparison between the results of all the different blood cell
analyzers and calibration, we can carry through quality control for
blood cell analyzers with totally fresh blood every day. Not only can we
ensure the precision and accuracy of the results, but also we can
reduce cost.
