　　We are pleased to report that Sartorius, a leading international process and laboratory technology provider, has completed the acquisition of the Biohit Liquid Handling segment.

The combination of both companies laboratory portfolios allows us to offer our customers a broad lab portfolio, which includes lab balances, pipettes and dispensers, lab water purification systems, moisture analyzers and sample preparation consumables.
