摘要 建立一種科學合理且可操作性強的氣相分子吸收光譜儀校準方法。從儀器的工作原理及結構入手,對該 類儀器提出了檢出限、線性相關系數、定量重復性等性能評價參數。利用國家相關標準物質對其檢出限的測量不確 定度進行了評定,統一了校準方法,有力地保證了測量數據的準確性、溯源性。對計量技術機構開展該類儀器的校準 工作規范的制定有一定的指導意義。 關鍵詞 氣相分子吸收光譜儀;計量;校準;測量不確定度 中圖分類號:O657 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1008–6145(2014)03–0082–03 Calibration Technique of Gas-Phase Molecular Absorption Spectrometer Shi Jianghuan, Li Beibei (Ningbo Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology, Ningbo 315103, China) Abstract The calibration method of gas-phase molecular absorption spectrometer was established. Combining with the working principle and structure of the instrument, performance evaluation parameters including the detection limit, measuring linearity,quantitative reproducibility were proposed. Measurement uncertainty of its detection limits by using the state standard solution was evaluated,which could unify the calibration method to effectively ensure the accuracy and traceability of the measurement data. Some guidance on the measurement of calibration and formulation of verification regulation for metrological verification institutions were provided.
