從Poly-PK概念的提出,到采用普洱茶在人群中開展驗證性研究(proof of concept study),再到真正意義上的臨床藥代動力學研究,該項工作非常有意義。Poly-PK也同樣適用于復方化學藥(西藥)的研究。Poly-PK整合了藥物分子輪廓分析技術和定量代謝組學技術,采用一系列多變量統計分析方法,可同時對數百種藥物成分的體內代謝變化以及人體的代謝應答(藥效)進行系統評價,研究展示了復雜的(黃芪湯中的)藥物原型成分、經過代謝的次級成分、機體在藥物(黃芪湯)影響下發生的代謝變化以及三者之間的相互關系,在系統水平上描繪出復雜藥物系統的體內ADME全過程。
